Four States in One Day

 

This has been a very long day.  We are finally leaving for a trip that has been changed several times with the last change being explained by this picture.  This trip will be by car and not the motorhome.  Sunday before we left today, Carol hurt his "good" shoulder and we knew that he would not be able to drive the motorhome.  If we were to go, it would have to be by car.  We canceled all our campground reservations and made motel reservations instead.  We will only be gone 12 days, come back for Carol to have a surgeon appointment and then go to Turkey Run for another week.  Our fall trip will be in two parts and each part will definitely be very different.

We finally got to Pelham, Alabama for our first motel at 7:00 p.m.  We are both tired and wouldn't you know it, nothing goes right when I try to post a blog.  Pictures are out of order.  Pictures don't want to download.  Blog doesn't want to load.  Everything takes lots of frustration and time.  It is now 10 p.m. and I give up.  Good Night!!
